Setting a goal ahead is better than without anything. It is true from my experience of morning exercise. I like doing moring exercise, in particular running. Almost every two days I will get up early and go to the playground, running at least five more rounds, then doing some body-lifting in the horizontal bar.
In this article my point is not to say about doing exercise and its benefits to forge our body to keep fit. I would like to say an experience from a simple sense. Before I enter the playground, if I have set a goal of how many rounds I should run at first, then I would manage to run as best as possible, and I also feel energetic. Despite in my middle age, I usually overrun some youngsters, let alone those who are older than me.
However, if I have no idea about how many rounds I should run before I enter the playground, then the result may be very poor. Usually after running three rounds, I would feel listless. Also if I have lost in counting the times I have run, the result may be the same.
Why this may happen, I think a lot. This may be the nature of human. An aimless person will wander around in his life, he may get confused.
Setting a goal, even if an interim goal, may incite ourself going ahead and make our efforts toward it.
