Last week, I said there was no time to hang out on the weekend. Was it really busy? Now I would like to tell you what I did on this weekend.
On Saturday morning, A Nationwide Autonomous-enrollment examination was held at our university. I as an invigilator oversaw the exam course. There were around 10 thousand students taking part in the exam. I think these students must be the excellent candidates at lacal school to have an attempt before the national entrance examination. If some of them can pass the examination, they will get ensured to be enrolled by the university they have applied.
The parents definitely accompanied thier children who are 17 or 18 years old now. The road along the building where the exam would be held were crowded with people before the exam began. I got there according to the planned time. However, I had to wedge myself into the crowd to get through the torrent of people. The exam lasted three hours. The candidates might be no sense of the long time whereas as invigilators you might feel a little unbearable.
The second day, Sunday came. Two students who are studying at South Central University for Nationalities and also responisble for the association of bamboo flute came to my home to discuss with me the program that will be held about in the middle of May. After the discussion I taught them several pieces of music relative to bamboo flute. It passed twelve when it was over. I took them to the canteen because it was lunch time although they first declined my hospitality.
I ever said there will be a concert being held on Mar. 23. My son will show on the stage that day. This Sunday was the final day available for my son to rehearsal with a professional who will accompany my son's bamboo flute with dulcimer. Usually I would contact his teacher first and then decided when we should go to the teacher's home. But this time I called him over and over without reply. His phone was shut off. At last I decided we still went out. Disappointedly, when we got there, there was no response when my son knocked the teacher's door. After a while,  the teacher's mother came out from downstairs. She told us his son went out because of something emergent. She did not know our phone number, so she could not contact us. She opened the door and received us with a cup of coffee, and said sorry to us. Ten minutes later, my son and I left her home after chatting something concerning the bamboo flute and music.
That was my last weekend. Comparatively, my son as a student, appeared to be much busier than me. After supper,  he must take his training class for two hours. Poor kids those middle school students!
